Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Quick Boat Cover. If it's not the right fit for your boat, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it.

How to start a return or exchange
Go to quickboatcover.com/apps/returns and enter your order number and the shipping ZIP code from your order. Choose your item, pick a refund or an exchange, and follow the steps. We'll email you a prepaid return label. Please ship your return within 28 days of receiving your label.

Please start every return through our returns portal. Packages sent back without a return started may not be accepted.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your cover must be:
- Unused
- Clean and dry (not wet or damp)
- Free of tears or damage
Please use the original packaging if you still have it.

Return shipping and handling fee
A $11 return shipping and handling fee applies to returns and exchanges. If your cover arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, there's no fee.

Exchanges
Need a different size? Choose exchange in the returns portal. Exchanges are for an item of the same price. Your new cover ships as soon as the carrier scans your return, so you don't have to wait for it to reach us.

Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method once your return is delivered to our warehouse. Your bank may take a few extra business days to post it.

Damaged or wrong item
Sorry about that! Start a return at quickboatcover.com/apps/returns, choose "Damaged" or "Wrong item," and upload a photo. Our team reviews it personally and will take care of you, with no handling fee.

Holiday returns
Orders placed November 27 through December 25, 2026 can be returned until January 15, 2027.

Non-returnable items
Items marked Final Sale and gift cards can't be returned or exchanged.

End-of-season sale
Covers bought during the end-of-season sale (Oct 11 to Nov 1) are final sale: no refunds or returns, size exchanges only

Order review
Some returns, including returns over $500, are reviewed by our team before a label is issued.

Return address
Quick Boat Cover Returns, 102 E Bailie Street, Kentland, IN 47951. Your prepaid label already has this address on it.
